The Juiced Moose thejuicedmoose.com Thejuicedmoose Scam, stole money, lied, cheating customers, emptied paypal account, yahoo store Marion Ohio
I placed an order that I was charged for and the order never shipped from TheJuicedMoose.com, a Yahoo store. I contacted the store by e-mail, never heard back. Called the phone number (800#) but it went straight to a cell phone voicemail! Unbelievable!
Once I saw online that this store was a scam, I immediately contacted both Yahoo (as the merchant company), submitted a claim on PayPal, and filed a fraud investigation with American Express, whom I used to pay with through PayPal. PayPal did find the claim "in my favor" but the store had already emptied their account, so there was nothing left to return to me. Yahoo is completely terrible when it comes to responding; I think they use automated responses or people who don't speak English very well, as I thoroughly described what was going on, and yet they still didn't understand AND the site is still UP and RUNNING! Amazing...
I'm still waiting to hear back from American Express. I truly hope I didn't completely lose my money. This is terrible that PayPal and Yahoo are not shutting this site down.
I found out that there are many complaints against the merchant filed with the Better Business Bureau and filed an additional one myself.
