After making my comment on here, I finally received a response from the juiced moose stating they were refunding my money and sending the product for free. I told my wife, if this actually occured I wanted to be sure to imediately update this report, but that still has not happened. I will still continue to update until this is resolved. I really would like to give them the benefit of doubt, but my doubts are continuing to mount. Still frustrated in GA

And I wasn't technically refunded I had the banks give me my money back...
