I came across this report while searching for a reputable place in Marin county for Botox and I am glad I saw this. It sounds like this kind of thing happens in the industry; the diluting of treatment.
Still looking, I chose to look on Yelp and found this link, http://www.yelp.com/biz/luminous-skincare-and-medspa-novato
The commenter mentions that some companies dilute Botox.
Good luck with getting that Botox working.

I came across this report and was upset by this person's attack of the laser center of marin. I have been a patient there for years and have been extremely happy with my botox results as well as with the laser procedures i have done there. The staff have always been very professional and Karen is just an angel. As I read this posting, it is obvious to me she is a very unhappy person and perhaps instead of botox she should be investing in counseling.

I am shocked that this place would even suggest -- not to mention treat -- a pregnant woman with Botox. I went to the other place in town center, the new skin clinic where the doctor told me to come back AFTER I had delivered and AFTER I had finished breast feeding. I doubt that a REAL doctor would ever treat a pregnant woman with botox.
