So I get this letter from "Bill" telling me I'd been personally selected to receive a life changing manuscript. He said he would send it free as long as I agreed to "pay it forward" I get a 8 page booklet relating stories of people (just like me) who either "found" or was "given the manuscript, then toward the end they ask for $139.00.
For a person with common sense, this should'nt make sense.
What they are telling me to PAY for this FREE GIFT then pay it forward by charging the next person for this FREE MANUSCRIPT.
I wuold never pay for this. To me, this whole thing sounds like a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
