The Mediterraneo Resort, Palm Springs Katherine Rankin FALSE ADVERTISING, room photos on website enhanced, some not even part of the the actual hotel. Palm Springs California
I am a victim of false advertisement. The photos on the website do not accurately reflect the rooms, they are extremely enhanced, and some even not part of the actual hotel. The rooms were covered in dust, the mattresses stained, sofas stained, and spider webs all over the room. Nowhere visible was any cleaning staff, only the one owner who seems to be responsible for all upkeep, which is impossible. This ruined my vacation, and it is not like he was booked to capacity, be barely had any patrons. He also indicated that this situation has happened to him many times before, so I am clearly not the only one who was ripped off.
