On 8/8/06 I went to The Mobile Solution kiosk in the mall at location SNE-NATICK #2 1245 Worcester ST, Natick MA 01760, with a relation Who wanted to upgrade her mobile phone plan for phone # 508-615-1598.( The Clerk Joe Bartolucci, sold her a fictitious plan which included two phones. It later came to light Joe had deceived her into the plan and after a Herculean discussion with mobile Solutions, she was to be refunded for money spent on the two phones to the tune of $259.98 and was given a receipt (PA8000462) to this effect.

The refund was processed by Malik Ghulam on 8/10/06 believed to be the regional manager and base in RI. The Amount was to be credited to my Debit card (because I made the paymnet on behalf of my relation) within 72 hours. Up until now the amount had not been credited to the said account and every effort to get Mobile solutions to do so had fallen on deaf ears amidst lies and misdirection whenever they are contacted.

On one occasion one of their associate gave me a number 1-888-988-8882 to call, but nobody ever pick the call, an email address, [email protected] was also given to me. When I sent the mail, I was notified that the server did not recognize the address. Today is 8/31/06 and as at 1.30pm, the money had not been refunded.The last time I talked to one of the assocaites, Malik Ghulam Was last night. He told me that The amout was refundedon the 29th of this month which is a blatatnt lie Can you please help me get my refund.

hey man i work for the mobile solution, and the best way to get through to someone is [email protected] they usually get back to you in 24 hours just leave your contact information and what its in regards to. keep in mind its not the salesmans fault for this mistake its corperates. I also am wondering why would you sign up for a family plan without looking over the flyer of rate plans, they are posted around the kiosk. I understand you are upset about your money and you should be, you will get it back, but don't you think you're kinda at fault for waiting to check rate plans after you signed up? one other thing, you have two weeks to return it and cancel without being charged the 250 restocking fee, so if its after the two weeks you cancelled what do you expect? do you normally sign stuff that "seem innocent" all the time?

try send an email to [email protected] they replied to me. It worked. Remember to copy the URL to your rip off report that you have filed here. Although my refund was only 10$ but they gaveit only after i mailed em on the address. - Abhinav
