The Neat Company no costumer service, refuse to reply to multiple request for assistance. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
After purchasing the Neatreceipts scanner, I used it for 2 weeks. After this the scanner would no longer scan receipts. The company was contacted by e-mail and by telephone. When I finally reached a customer service representative, they read from a list of common complaints, all of which did not apply. To that point there was no further communication, even after multiple attempts for a period of three months. This product is great for the very short period of time it works, however with the lack of customer service or even the ability to receive a replacement or refund, it is not worth the money paid for.
