Ozark xbox repair AKA Chris Medley, Stole my sons xbox 360, I took it in for a drive repair and he swapped out my motherboard and drive for a piece of crap that he had put bolts in! Whats really bad is this 360 was my autistic 10 year old sons 360 it was the one thing he loved the most!

Everyone knows that i stand behind my work and give a detailed receipt when you drop off your system and another when you pick it up.
Everyone knows about what you posted on my facebook page as well as what you posted on Craigslist and that you was asked to remove it due to it being grounds for a lawsuit on slander,harassment and deflamation of character
What you are doing is a sad attempt to discredit someone tathas done nothing for you
You sir have never been to my home/shop nver brought a system for me to work on or even seen me in person or spoken to me on the phone
All the rebuttals filed were by customers that HAVE done business with me in the past in which i only told them of the lies being spread by someone
you sir,really need to get a life and stay out of things that have no bearing to you
ifi had worked on your sons xbox,and knowing he was autistic...you wouldnt have been charged in the first place
for i too have family members that suffer from this....as i said Mr.Mallard...not only o i stand behind my service...i have a heart as well

Looks like I hit a nerve with chris. All of the wonderful rebutles all at once. Gee, I wonder who was behind that? (cough) chris. What a crook. He stole my sons Xbox 360 and I will never stop telling everyone.

I dont know who this guy is that made these accuasations about Mr. Chris Medley at Ozark Xbox Repair, AKA The Pirates Den, but in my opinion, what a liar. I have been doing business with Chris for some time, he has modded 3 systems for me, and the Halo 3 limited edition 360 I bought from him for my son was the best Christmas gift he got that year.
The Halo system RROD after the first week of use, called Chris he said "bring it back I will fix it", and could not have apoligized morefor the inconvenience. He repaired the system with me standing right beside him, took very little time and handed it to me, saying "no charge man, again I am really sorry". I have taken everything to him since, and that system has now been played for hours on end, and we have had no problems with it.100's of hours with no problems with the other 2 systems either. Chris Medley is a down to earth man who tells you if he can fix it and if he cant he will not lie and cheat you like so many others out there.
I absolutly recommend Chris Medley for Xbox 360, and PC repairs.

I have had my hardware worked on by Mr. Medley and have never had any problems. He is an honest business man who goes above and beyond the normal "repair" and "fix" that most other shops do. I have in the past had other people work on my Xbox's and they give me all sorts of warranties and promises and the next day disappear. Even if Mr. Medley was to shut down, I feel the service rendered was more then enough to satisfy me for the foreseeable future. In addition, my Xbox 360 after 2+ years of hard use has never once acted up after he flashed it for me, while doing so upgrading and speeding up my fans. Which is more then I can say for my friend's Xbox's who have not been worked on by him lol

i have delt with Mr.Medley for over 3 years....in that time i have gotten nothing but top of the line quality service
this man has gone above and beyond to do anything and everything to make me happy
i purchessed sever ued xboxs off of a community site and when they all quit working i took them to ozark
he not only gave me a reasonable quote and a time frame for the repairs, i got a detailed reciept with photos of the unts showing the serial numbers on both the outside as well as the serial number on the motherboards on a dvd
theone that he couldnt fix...he didnt harge me one cent...no labor..no part replacement costs..NOTHING
here are a couple other repair shops closer to me...but i would rather drive 30 mles insted of a few blocks anyday
Mr.Medley give a 45 day unconditional warranty on his repairs,and stands behind it 100%
i had one that needed a new dvd drive and fans..not only did he let me order the parts..he insisted that the parts be delivered to MY house..not his. after 2 monhs the unit red ringed and i took it back to him.
i told him that this was the one e fixed last...he looked up the repar date and said...well you warranty was up 3 weeks ago
but its not a issue..do you want me to fix it or do you want another unit....i asked how much for another system...he grabed one off the shelf and sad..here,no charge..i have been playing that system for over a year now and it asnt skipped a beat
so for some one to say ths about Mr.Medley...i find it very hard to believe due to the fact of how i have delt wth him over the past few years...this guy drops everything for his customers and goes that extra mile to make sure that they are happy
believe what you want...but Mr.Medley is oe of the best people i have ever know both personaly and in doing business with

I have worked very closely with Mr. Medley over the past 2 years. He has repaired my Xbox and even allowed me to watch him to learn how it is done and ask any questions. In the 2 years that I have known him, not only professionally but personally, he has been nothing but polite and offered great services for my electronics. I would never hesitate to bring my system to him with any issues. Even though I have moved out of the area he continues to help with troubleshooting and upgrades.

THIS REPORT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SOME TIME....THIS PERSON FIRST FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST ME WITH THE SPRINGFIELD MISSOURI BBB. I CONTACTED THEM REGUARGING THIS ISSUE. I HAVE NEVER MET THIS PERSON NOR HAVE I EVER WORKED ON ANY SYSTEM FOR HIM.
HE HAS POSTED PHOTOS OF ME WHERE HE DONE A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SEARCH ON ME.
HE IS A FRIED OF ANOTHER PERSON WHO RUNS A REPAIR SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD AND GOT UPSET WHEN I POSTED HIS RIPOFF REPORT ON FACEBOOK,
I CANT REMEMBER THE PERSONS NAME BUT THE PERSON HANLING THE CASE FOR THE B.B.B IN SPRIGFIELD TRIED TO CONTACT HIM REGUARDING THE COMPLAINT THAT HE FILED WITH NO SUCCESS.SEEMS AS HE PROVIDED A BAD NUER AND FUTHER CONTACT TO HIM THRU THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE WAS RETURNED AS "ADDRESS NOT FOUND"
FUTHERMORE I HAVE A STANDIND 45 DAY WARRANTY ON ANY AND ALL REPAIRS PERFORMED AT MY SHOP
THE PERSON MAKING THIS CLAIM HAS CALLED MY HOME AT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT FROM A "RESTRICTED" NUMBER WHERE I COULD NOT HAVE A TRACE PUT ON THE NUMBER.
MY ATTOURNEY HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THIS AND IS IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A SLANDER/HARRASSMENT SUITE AGAINST HIM
