THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
many people worked for Leyendecker, and there are many stories.
He told us many times just see green(money) on peoples foreheads.
GET THEIR MONEY AND DEAL.
He also worked for a builder who was also a RIPOFF. Look up Majestic Homes (John George,owner, Tomas Leyendecker sales manager, George was even arrested for their business practises), Leyendecker did the sales in their scheme.
As a team, they screwed customers and people that worked for them.
Leyendeckers is only concerned with the money in his pocket, and how to get it out of yours.
Everyone will agree he has a GREAT personality, which he uses to steal from you, DO NOT BE FOOLED.
At sales meetings his unprofessional relationship with another person (Vicki) was obvious.
The affair they carried on was a poor example of a business person. Sadly, we all liked his wife, but could not tell her about the affair.
Caring about his own staff was not a concern of his, only how much went into his pocket. How much would he care about you?
It has taken me years to write this report after leaving his Realty company, but i need to address this to save others from BEING TAKEN.
There are many people in the same business, find them instead of this company.
I did learn many things from him, now I must forget them because Many were unethicial.
I am hoping that others read this and CONFIRM all that i have written, every part is true,
