I needed a modification on my home because it was in the process of foreclosure The Remedy Group offered their services and I went ahead and accepted. I filled out some paperwork that they sent me to proceed with the modification however they told me that they couldn't go any further without me sending them the money I paid them $4500 until that moment I was able to contact them and they also contacted me we had communication. However after they received my money time went by and they did not contact me anymore. When I tried contacting them The calls will go straight to voicemail. I would leave messages much to no avail I would leave messages on different people's voicemails and they will not return my call I left several messages weeks went by and I couldn't get in touch with anyone in the company now I call and there is no more voicemail the phones are completely out of order. I don't know what to do but I am willing and able to participate in anything needed to bring these people down.

File a complaint form on the front page of the STATE BAR OF CALIFORNIA website. They have a special fund for the people
the consumers Lawyer Andrew D. Weiss has ripped off.
