THE RESULTS GROUP, LLC

3219 E. Camelback Road #559

Phoenix, AZ 85018

The Results Group scammed me!!!! I was first contacted by Susan Slater who told me I could start my own internet business for $299 that would cover setting up the webpage and business expense. I was then contacted by Brandon (gave no last name but was supposedly only going to verify the transaction) he then told me my webpage would not make any money if I did not add the voice enhancements to it for an additional amount that he was supposedly cutting me slack on by giving it to me for his price. This all came to a total of $149, per site for a grand total of $448.

They both stated that they only had two sites available at the time one for AMAZON.COM and the other for a gambling site Windowscasino.com. They explained that they had just ran out of EBAY sites, but they would be getting more and that I would get the third company within a month or so. I was then told I would make $400 a week by doing this, but if I wanted to make more money, I could purchase individual ads ranging from $1-$10.

They both insisted that I could cancel if I was not satisfied during this six month trial.

The next day I was contacted by my advertising consultant, Rebecca Anderson, who told me the only way to make money was to purchase their Platinum ad package, where they would send out 30,000 ads to people who specifically requested information about my types of companies. The Platinum package for 30,000 contacts was $3900 I asked if there were any others and she stated that there were not, and that this was the best way to be aggressive with the business and to be guaranteed to make money.

She guaranteed me to receive $5000/wk if I did this, and up to $10,000/wk if I continued to write and post my own free ads. (She told me that I had misunderstood both Susan and Brandon when they said that ads could be bought for $1-$10, that only meant that this package deal averaged out to that.) She smooth talked me out of $1500 instead of the original $3900 saying that I really should do it because it was at least half of the Platinum package, all the while telling me that I was missing out on a good thing and that I was about to shoot myself in the foot and that I was not giving myself a fair chance at the business She also stated that instead of having the 30,000 contact that all she could guarantee me was 15,000 for both stores, but that I could come back and purchase the other half of the platinum package after I had made the money.

Being a new mother who could not afford day care, and dreaded the thought of leaving her son with anyone anyways, I needed some type of way that I could work from home.

I looked at all the information that they sent to me which consisted of a certificate (which did not even look remotely authentic I could have printed the same thing out and payed a lot less for it) A letter welcoming me and telling me to get excited over this because when I make money they make money (I haven't seen any money yet except for that which I paid out to them).

I know I should have been skeptical from the beginning but unfortunately I was not. I called the customer service number and spoke with Erica, I told her that I wanted to cancel, when she asked me why I told her that I was now skeptical about the whole situation and that I didn't like it at all and I just wanted my money back. She placed me on hold and a man by the name of Roy Smith came on the line and told me that I could not cancel until six months had passed and I hadn't seen any money from the sites. I told him that I just wanted to get my money back and he stated that he cannot do that because these so called websites had already been set up. (What the difference between now and six months the sites will still be setup at that time also). He then told me that I would need to contact them after the six months had passed and hung up the phone.

I have left numerous messages for Roy Smith, and Rebecca Anderson or her supervisor to contact me and they have not. If I DO NOT hear from them and get this settled today I will be contacting the FBI, Attorney General, FTC, BBB, my attorney, and all the media I can get in contact with. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges, and I hope that this NEVER EVER happens to anyone again. I think that they should be ashamed of themselves and that they should be SHUT DOWN! I will never make this kind of mistake again I can assure you of that.

After calling there everyday asking when it will be processed, filing complaints with everyone that I could think of from the BBB in Az. to the FTC to the Attorney General in Arizona & Florida, as per my lawyers recommendation.. I finally received my refund today. Erica called me and left a message telling me that they processed my refund and if I had any questions or concerns to give them a call. My only concern is them taking other people for a ride. My only question is when are they closing up shop? I got my refund and that is all I wanted. Like I said don't get involved with these people unless you have money to waste!!!

I have been waiting since my last update and still no refund. I decided that I would call today and find out what BS story they would give me today. I called and spoke with Erica who told me that they process refunds in the middle of the month and that was when my refund was setup to be processed. She said that it may have already been processed but hasn't shown up on my statement as of yet. She then said that she was going to submit the refund to the service manager, so that it can be handled immediately if it hasn't been already. From what I have read on other reports she isn't to be trusted either. I have contacted my attorney general to file a complaint, they said that there are several other complaints as well on the same people. I also filed a complaint with the FTC, and tried to find out if there were any complaints with the arizona attorney general, they cannot give out any of that information though. I have now moved on the IYCC, division of consumer services, and my local news station to get the word out on these crooks on local level. Next stop my lawyers office.

I called the customer service number for this company and got erica who transferred me to "Roy Smith". I told him that I wanted my money back and that this is whole thing is absurd. I told him that I was under the understanding that I had up until the end of the sixth month to cancel to which he stated that I am bound by a contract that states I have to "give the business a try for six months before I can recieve a refund for anything". I told him that I wanted to speak to his supervisor, to which he replied "that is not going to happen" I asked him who his superior was and he stated that whenever I call they are just going to send me to him anyways so I will have to deal with him. I then asked him what the name of the owner of the company was, he said Michael Longoria. I asked if I could speak with him and he said flat out "no" I asked again to speak with this person and he again told me "no". I looked over some other rip off reports for this company on this site and found that there was an extension listed for an Edward Longoria, and an Amber Halverson. I called the customer service number 800-226-3150 and spoke to Erica again and asked for Michael Longoria, Edward Longoria, or Amber Halverson and cited thier respective extensions. I was placed on hold and a minute later Roy Smith was back on the phone with me telling me that my speaking with Mr. Longoria was not going to happen. He then stated that he is not here to argue with me, and that he is there to help me out. I told him that he obviously was not in the business of helping people out because he would not refund my money. He then tried to offer me additional services stating that the advertising was completely optional and that Rebecca was paid to get as much advertising for the sites as possible but I in no way had to take the services. I told him that THAT was not communicated with me in the first place, and I do not want any part of this piece of crap business any longer. He then stated that "you wanted to get in on this business to make money didn't you? So just wait it out." I replied that I don't know what I have gotten myself tangled up in but I will surely advise my attoney of all of this information, and that I regret the day I even answered the stupid phone in the first place! He then stated "I'll tell you what I will go ahead and refund your money for you ok?" I stated that's all I want and he told me to "look for it on my next statement" If this money is not returned to me in as quick a manner as they took it out, my attorney will be taking action and I hope that they all GO DOWN. A word to the wise try not to get involved with these people and if you already have been "taken" by them by all means DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING that has to do with these people!!!!!!!
