The Rodeo Bull company / Galaxy America The Have been mis lead and lied to, Internet
I was mis lead on my mechanical bull. I would do your homework on this company before you spend that $16,000.00. I would never buy anothing thing from them. I have had allot of things go bad on my bull and not one thing has been covered on it. Please check around on the web about them. You may want to look at buyerzbewarecom on this company. BBB gives them a F I have talk to many of there past buyers and all are having the same things done to them.

Further to the rebuttal where we mention the calls from 5 individuals complaining that they have not received either their goods or their money back; we have been contacted by the person who sold the bulls to them. He has stated that non of his customers are owed money or product I guess only he and his customers know the exact truth

The two complaints on us from Wisconsin & Arizona are fabricated by the same person! How can you be in two places at once?! As in our previous rebuttal the explanation is exactly the same.
To whom it may concern; our company has never misled or failed to honor any warranty issue in the 20 years we have been in business. This individual does not own the mechanical bull he is talking about his mother does.
She has been very happy with the bull; originally he was in partnership with her, this was dissolved in March 2008. There were some warranty issues all of which have been resolved.
This individual has set up a company importing rip off copies of our products from China; we have exposed him now he is making scurrilous false claims to blacken our name we will be consulting our lawyers.
What is laughable is this individual has only been selling the rip off Chinese bull for 6 months and we know of at least 5 people who have either lost their money or never got their goods. Anyone wanting a full explanation are welcome to contact us. With regards to our products this is our 20th anniversary year we are able to give you 50, 100 customer's details to ask for a testimonial; we have customers with personal video testimonial's on our web site check them out. And to the guy who wrote this, how low can you go? Thank you for this once again it just expose what sort of person you really are and the rubbish you are selling
