I have purchased two bulls from Robin in the past ten years or so. I've contacted Robin a few times for small problems and he has always helped me. He has replaced parts and completely backed his warranty. My bulls are running strong and have only needed replacement on the horns and the "hide" on the body. Things wear out! We are a busy company and our customers love our mechanical bulls. It's obvious to me that all the bad comments are written by the same guy. Ignore him! This is a great company!!

To whom it may concern; our company has never misled or failed to honor any warranty issue in the 20 years we have been in business. This individual does not own the mechanical bull he is talking about his mother does.
She has been very happy with the bull; originally he was in partnership with her, this was dissolved in March 2008. There were some warranty issues all of which have been resolved.
This individual has set up a company importing rip off copies of our products from China; we have exposed him now he is making scurrilous false claims to blacken our name we will be consulting our lawyers
