The Room Store ripoff Annapolis Maryland
In Feb. 2002 we special ordered a $1800 sectional from the Roomstore in Annapolis MD. We received it 12 weeks later, and within a year the framework seams came apart, the 12 pillows came apart, and the seams on the cushions all came apart. When they sent someone to fix it, he sewed the seams on the frame and ordered cushions. Three sets of cushions later, they all came apart at the seams, they sent me the wrong color cushions once, and the "repaired" frame seam also came apart. Another "technician" came out because the springs are squeaky, the wood has collapsed in, and he wrote up a report on everything and said I request a new sectional selection. This was April 2003.
2 1/2 years later and 3 years since the purchase we still call customer service and they keep telling us "we're looking into it, and we'll get right back to you" Customer service "manager" Wendy was rude and "supervisor" Linda has not returned one of my several calls.
