This company has the absolute worst customer service if you can even call it that! I personally went in to tell them that I had changed bank accounts and the girl at the desk took care of it stating that it would go into effect immediately. Well it never did and it caused my now closed account to incur many over draft charges. I called to speak with someone at their corporate headquarters and found that you don't have to be every intelligent to work there. They never helped me and instead put me through to a "supervisor". Who of course let it go to a voice-mail. I called back again later and still the person told me to speak with the supervisor, again the voice mail!
Still have not heard back. Have also been ripped off of 2 sessions with a personal trainer who never would return my calls and therefore decided just not to honor the last two workouts. I would never ever join here again and my goal is to get out of this contract.

I also change my bank, it was my 3rd month as a member of The Rush and got no problem. My fitness coach accompanied me to the desk help and was helpful all out.
Have you tried calling 877-The-Rush? I'm still enjoying the benefits from working  out in the Rush Fitness up to now.
