The Rush Fitness Employees are FAKE!!!! Knoxville, Tennessee
Employees at The Rush are FAKE!!!! They talk to you only because they have to. It is so obvious that they have no interest in saying hi unless they have to. If you become a member and don't sign up the first time there expect to be hounded by the salesman to get back in there. Once you sign up they will act like you don't exist unless they feel like they have to talk to you. I am not happy with their customer service. They need to teach a class to ALL employees on how to be customer friendly. The people that work there are all young for the most part and probably live with their parents so why should they care about their job? I'm sure mommy and daddy are picking up the tab!
