 Purchased the 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron from The Sale Guru. I received a confirmation email of the purchase on 8/20/17. Received an email that the product has been shipped on 8/23/17 with a “tracking number”. Never received the product in the window of time promised so I emailed the “support” team to let them know. It took them a while to email me back but they did. It was from “Andrew Adams” He said that the product was still on the way. I asked him why I couldn’t track it and he emailed me back a few days later that they were just having a few problems but to be assured it was on it’s way here. I went to the post office a couple days later to see if they had received my package but they didn’t have anything and also they couldn’t tell me anything about my tracking information. They said that it was from overseas but they couldn’t locate the package. I have emailed, and emailed, and emailed and I keep getting the same response. That it is still on its way. I have requested a refund numerous times but he never addresses that issue. He just keeps telling me that my product is on the way. I told him I would be filing a report with the BBB.
