I ordered a 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron (SALON QUALITY) for $54.97 through a Facebook ad. The amount was immediately charged on my credit card on August 20th, to this day, September 28th, I have not received it. On the website support chat "Vina" says it is on its way. The tracking number that was sent in an email is invalid and the tracking feature on the website shows no registered tracking number. When email was sent to support@thesaleguru, Andrew Adams responded with the tracking link on the website, but that was just useless with no further info being found.
