I ordered on 9/21/17 a 2-in-1 culing and straightening Iron. I never received delivery information so I emailed them on 10/9/17 to see when my product would be shipped. The response I received on 10/10/2017 was "Due to the incredibly high demand for this produce, some orders have been delayed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery!"

If you would like to request a refund, please send a refund request to [email protected] and we will process your request within 24hours.

I sent email requesting refund on 10/10/2017. on 10/16/2017 I received this response "May we ask why you wanted a refund? We aim to be better in this business and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know."

I responded back 10/17/2017 "It is taking too long to get and was told I could request a refund."

I received response back on 10/18/2017 " Thanks for contacting us. So sorry to hear about your experience. We have fully refunded your order. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be adjusted to your credit card."

I started contacting them on 11/10/2017 asking where my refund was and stopped getting replies. My emails have failed since this time stating the email box is full and can't be delivered.

I would really like my $59.94 back.
