Placed order on 9/6/17. Received email on 9/11 saying it's on the way. When it hadn't been delivered, I emailed support on 10/12/17 and received reply from Andrew Adams that item had been shipped and was in transit. I then emailed support on 11/21 that item hadn't been delivered and asked for a status or a refund. Received a Failure Notice for the email. I've tried emailing support from the website and get Failure Notice as well.
This is bogus and I'd like to have my money refunded, $54.94.
