I purchased a 2-in-1 curling & straightening iron, Thyme,(salon quality) from the SalesGuru from an ad on facebook. My order was made on Sept. 27,2017 with a confirmation e-mail sent that day from the company with my order # on it. They stated that I would get a tracking # in 48-72 hours. The email also stated that my order was getting ready and they would notify me by email once it was on its way. $54.94 was taken out of my acct.
Today, Oct. 23, 2017, I still have not received my product. I tried to track my order using my order # on a form they have on the internet to no avail. They state we there is a problem to contact them by using "info@thesalesguru". It does not work. I saw on another complaint that their # is 1-800-435-1529. There is no answer.
I don't know how to get my money returned. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow!
