The Sherman Companies Sherman Acquistion Limited Partnership, Sherman Acquistion II Limited Partnership, Sherman Acquistion L.L.C. General Policy from Sherman Financial, collecting personal and confidential information from myself, Commack, New York
Received via usps a letter from Sherman Financial about a general policy for collecting personal and confidential information of myself, which is to be shared with third parties. I have never heard or done any business with any of these companies that is listed on their privacy notice, which lists 14 different companies.
The return address is just a mailing address, at no time in the notice is there a company name, phone number or fax number to reach out to this company. This is an invasion of my personal and confidential information.
If and when I want to get a loan for something, the company that I will deal with will do a background check on myself. To have a company just gather information about me and share information with other companies is a crime, when I have no idea who or what they are, is identity theft.
