The Tenant Factory Daniel Dawson Leased to tenants that did not qualify and destroyed my property SAINT LOUIS Missouri
PROPERTY OWNERS BEWARE!
Daniel leased 3 of my properties and 2 were a total nightmare.
1st tenants was just evicted from prior property and was a terror to the neighborhood which caused my property to be placed on the cities nuisance property list until the tenant was evicted. I made several calls to Daniel about the situation since I was afraid of the tenants. Daniel said it was not his responsibility to assist with removing tenants and took no responsibility even though the tenant did not qualify to lease my property. He also made no attempt to honer his guarantee of a new tenant once I was able to have them evicted.
2nd tenants payed first months rent and moved out with all my copper water pipes and air conditioning lines and damaged the furnace. Daniel made no attempts to find me another tenant for this one either.
3rd tenant is still with me but she was promised utilities and appliances to be included in rent..she sent the emails verifying this. We have worked past it and she decided to stay.

Hello Donna. I am so sorry you feel let down by our service and two of the three tenants we placed didn't work out for you. I really liked both you and your husband and I too feel very frustrated at how things turned out. We really pride ourselves on providing quality tenants, backed by our 7 month tenant warranty. We have leased 100s of properties and have lots of positive client reviews across the internet and this is the first time we've had an upset client like yourself. Your success matters to us.
I'd really like the opportunity to show you the kind of service we normally provide. Therefore I would still like to extend our 7 month tenant warranty to you and find you replacement tenants. I have sent you messages over the last couple of months about getting keys so we can start the process. I encourage and look forward to hearing back from you.
