After spending almost $2000 with these crooks, my car still sputters and my AC blows hot air. I wish I had read the reviews before going to this place, but I was on my way to the dealership and didn't think my car would make it. I then made one of the dumbest decisions ever; I pulled in to the local tire choice-criminal enterprise. Just like any con man, these guys are the most personable men you'll ever meet, until they get your money, then you can't get a return phone call. I took my car in because it was misfiring. $787 dollars later, the misfire is gone and I think everything is OK. 2 weeks later when my AC is, intermittently, blowing hot and cold air, I make dumb decision number 2; I took my car to those nice con men at tire choice. $1170 my AC is blowing cold air. Two days after forking over my money to these thieves, my AC is blowing hot air. A few days later, my wife takes the car back to them, only to be told that we need to come back on he weekend (She was also told that they were given, but supposedly sent back, refurbished parts, and that the parts that they used on my car, were brand new. YEAH RIGHT...THEY JUST TOLD ON THEMSELVES). I dropped car off on Saturday at about 10am. When, by 5pm, no one had called, I called them. I was told that someone would call me back. No one did. The next day I called them back and was told that the manager would call me right back. Guess what? He didn't call. I then called back a little later, only to be told that now the my evaporator is now blown, and that it needs to be replaced. I walked the mile, from where I live, to their chop shop, and picked up my car. The manager, who was conveniently gone, was supposed to call me back. And...you guessed it, he never did. The next day I called, and the manager was out because of a toothache (no lie, this is what I was told). Can you smell what I just stepped in? Anyway, about a week later, my car starts sputtering again. To make a long story short, the coil on the 1st cylinder (the criminals supposedly replaced all the coils on my first visit) is bad and had to be replaced. My car is sputtering again. I suspect it may be another "brand new, not refurbished" coil. Check out the other reviews, of their other locations, if you think I'm the exception. This should probably be considered an organized criminal enterprise. I think they meet the definition. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!
