purchsed the product (an iphone battery/case) via their Facebook ad; took 2 months to arrive (assuming it was from overseas); did not work; exchanged numerous emails with someone named Christine Delfin; took videos of the way the phone did not operate and sent them to them; received a replacement for one of the parts in an effort to address their idea of fixing; that didn't work; received details on how to return it for a refund; did so; then all of a sudden they dissapeared; the email I had been using was no longer valid; their website was no longer available
