I ordered two Peanuts Vinyl Record Wall Clocks on July 23 2016 and up to date (Oct 1, 2016), I still haven't received them. During past two months, I sent emails to them and they keep coming back saying that they have a trouble in shippment as they are very busy. I asked for cancelling the order and have my money back but they refused. It looks like this online shopping websit is cheating as there already have a few people complained they had paid but never received the goods they purchased. Please advise me if anyone have a chance or way to have their money back.
