The Villas At Norcross Stay Away from these dumps ! Safety and Health violations , dope dealers , etc . Norcross Georgia
What a mistake it was moving in here . In the 11 months I've been a resident , the water has been turned off 8 times supposedly to make repairs . No advanced notice is given . You turn on the shower and it's dry . Later on , they may put a notice on your door to tell you what you already know . ( Once it was off for 3 days . )
The places are infested with roaches and ants . The girl downstairs has had to deal with snakes and flooding when the pipes burst in the top unit .
Forget about the mailboxes . Most of them don't lock . Stolen checks and medication are commonplace .
There are junk cars with expired registrations everywhere and management could care less . Many bottom floor units are abandoned except for crackheads and homeless bums who sneak in the back and set fires in them risking disaster . Again , management doesn't want to be bothered .
There are electrical faults and sockets that don't work in many units and the plumbing has been done incorrectly in all of them . I have had 2 attempted break in's , not surprising with all the junkies that live here .
I have since bought a gun . My best advice is skip this sewer and find something else .
