The Visitor Center www.thevisitorcenter.com also known as the Hawaii Visitor Center conducts unlawful and unethical business practices by fraudulently charging credit cards and when you ask for a refund like they assure that you can, they still charge you an 85% fee of the total charge of the trip/reservation which is exhorbitant and I frankly liken it to stealing.

Their customer service was horrible. Nancy in accounting was highly argumentative, arrogant and had a "too bad" attitude because I was in another state other than the one where their corporate offices are. She never acquiesced to return my money. I even explained that even a small percentage I can see for them to retain, but certainly not 85%. Sadly, The Visitor Center is another travel company that rips off the public. It's funny because soon after I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Colorado they totally redesigned their website and put all of these so-called recommendation letters all over it and made it sound friendly and legitimate - further deceiving the public about what they're about.

Shame on The Visitor Center and other unethical businesses like them that rip off the public.

I'm glad for this site because the truth should be known about this company. http://www.thevisitorcenter.com/
