The Wedding Salon, is a fraudulent company. They offer you the world to get you to sign up, and then when you sign up its a totally different ball game. Nicole from the Wedding Salon is the major con artist. If you are a vendor or herd of this company (The Wedding Salon) I am sure you tried to get a refund, and Nicole say's we have the best shows around. no other showcase is like ours.
Listen I have been in hundreds of shows and (The Wedding Salon) was the worst, The Wedding Salon - had a great concept:

For instance take a box, with everything you can imagine stuffed in the BOX, try to book a wedding in this box - is it possible? NO
This is how The Wedding Salon ran there show. The Wedding Salon does not care about there vendors they care about the money, which is fine the money part but not caring about the vendors is a problem.
Every show I have ever been to has max 4 of the same vendors, The Wedding Salon had NO limit, if they could put 50 Florist or Limos in there show they would!

I am writing this, about The Wedding Salon, being I would not want anyone else to run into this issue with The Wedding Salon. Also, if you are a vendor and would like your money back fro The Wedding Salon, after reading this and knowing you been screwed royally by The Wedding Salon, please contact me: 917 923 7588

I am currently going to proceed to file a class action law suit, with 4 other vendors so we all can retrieve our fundsback, has the prices they have are insane, and we were all manipulated by [email protected] , this will no longer happen to us nor anyone else we hope after reading this.

You would think that being [email protected] and The Wedding Salon charges so much for leads, to be in there show and everything else they offer, they would not want ripoff reports, BBB complaints or even class action Law suits, but they do not care.

I am asking for $1,800.00 back, not $5000.00, all I ask for is $1800.00 and if they did refund me then I would still write this rip off report, but I would state that they did the right thing by me, but I ran into numerous issues, but again they did right by me so if there is a problem they will do right by you.

BUT THEY DID NOT DO RIGHT BY ME, THEY ARE FIGHTING THE DISPUTE AND PROVIDING OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WITH "FALSE" EMAILS AND MATERIAL.

I will do whatever I can to take The Wedding Salon down, legally. This is not a threat nor slander, this is a story that has happened to me, because of The Wedding Salon.

We would like to respond to the statements posted by Diva DJ's about The Wedding Salon.  We have been in business for almost a decade now and stand by the products and services that we offer.  The Concierge Network that they purchased contains multiple items which were utilized by Diva DJ's, including participation in our show's program guides, a web listing, monthly lead lists and the database from our show.  The database had hundreds of names on it, but only 4% came back.  This occurred because brides get married or move away and is considered to be the industry standard. 

The Concierge Network registration form that we have signed by Diva DJ's states there are no refunds.  Additionally, when we learned of their disappointment, we offered to compensate them with upgraded benefits for future events.  They agreed to the benefits we offered. 

We had no idea that Diva DJ's was displeased with the final resolution.  When we found out, we issued a formal apology and a full refund.

We never received communications from any credit card company that Diva DJ's claimed we provided false documentation to.  We also monitor each category and indeed have maximums at each show.  We stand behind our product and services and welcome any feedback that will help us to improve our relations with our clients.

The Wedding Salon has called the CEO and stated the following at: 12:56pm - Tuesday afternoon, 24 hrs from the Original Report.

Nicole The Wedding Salon Rep. Has stated to the CEO, she will be overriding the policy and refunding the card we have purchased there service on.

Our company came to conclude this was and is a very professional action that has taken place and changed our views of The Wedding Salon dramatically.

If you are wanting to be a Wedding Salon vendor and your client you are now in good hands. We believe a lesson has been learned on our end and also The Wedding Salon's end. Just make sure prior to signing contracts or comitting to something make sure you have the following:
name of rep.
Guarantees of service in writing
Refund policy in writing
Question you asked and the answers in writing

**Make sure this is NOT an attached document, but a document you signed and initial next to ever question and or concern

This was our problem, and our team has definitely learned from this, and we do hope The Wedding Salon has also.

our staff would love to pull down the initial problems, we have but rip off report wont allow us to, and we also feel even though we would like to pull it down the Wedding Salon will benefit from it being they did the right thing, and took professional actions. they called us, not emailed us, they spoke to us like humans not using vulgarity nor in a yelling state, and also made us realize that we both made a mistake. Our company has agreed to write this to show what professional actions they took to handle this mixup, Nicole at The Wedding Salon agreed to refund us in full.

We accept your apology, and we hope you accept ours, but business is business, when something occurs negatively people need to know, when something happens positively people need to know, as you can see our promise is made and valid, now the $1,805.00 which was your promise will be copied and posted here as well once it has taken place, we will scan the credit from our business charge card to show the public it in fact was not word against word but in fact a word and a promise that has been kept, which will be a positive affect on The Wedding Salon.
