I had ordered the information about the work at home "kit" for $4.97 after that they took $77.00, then $57.00 neither of which did I authorize. Then their partners-in-crime, theAutomatic Edge (webosuccess.com), took another $77.00 and then took $97.00. I have reported them both to the Better Business Bureau and have been able to get back $57.00. I have began the process of having my card company recoup the rest. I had to cancel my card, I had overdraft fees to pay, and now have had to pay out of pocket to copy the info, emails, etc. in order to get my $ back!!!

"I recommend you to contact us and ask for a refund rather than issue a dispute or ask for a chargeback..." This is your comeback? Do you think I didn't try this first? If you would like, I will post copies of the numerous emails I did send to your "refund dept", who by the way tried to get me to agree to their "policy of only refunding 1/2 of my money". 10-12 business days?? Are you kidding? I ask for my refund almost 2 months ago!! It took turning you into the Better Business Bureau, to get the ball rolling. So don't you act like you're the injured party here. You guys, along with your partners-in-crime, scam people out of money.

Hello
I’m sorry for your experience.
We never charge any amount without the customer prior consent!
We have a 24/7 Customer Service center by helpdesk, chat and phone:
Helpdesk and Chat: http://support.easykits.org
Phone: 1-888-889-4991
Contact our customer service and they will show you a purchase proof, with all charged amounts specified, including the IP address from which the purchase was made.
Never the less, we have 180 days (6 month) money back guarantee “no questions asked” policy, so within this period you can ask and get an immediate refund. Please note that although we issue the refund immediately, the refund will be shown in your credit card statement/bank statement within 7-10 business days.
I recommend you to contact us and ask for a refund rather than issue a dispute or ask for a chargeback, because many payment processors manage a joint “black list” of customers who issued a dispute and these customers are blocked from purchasing anymore. Therefore, issue a dispute only after you tried to contact the seller first.
A Clarification: This is not a “work from home” program. We don’t provide jobs, employment or business opportunities.
This is an education program in which you become a member and gain access to a lot of courses and tutorials.
Kind Regards,
Mark Allen, UK
