I never was scamed in my life. I was so carefull and I thought I will never be.

Now I feel like I am ripped off.

I trusted and nothing happend exept my money gone, my time gone, I am angry almost a month. I feel bad.

I was thinking on buying it couple months ago. Looks like I inspected everything. I went to google typed theclothingbroker.com scam, ripoff -nothing came out. I went to Scam.com, Ripoffreport.com - nothing.

After that I trusted.

From the theclothigbroker.com Nala and Company I bought designer clothes guide on May 6, 2008 and could never download the guide since that. Every time I tried to download on Acrobat Reader 8, the msg was saying that the Acrobat Reader 8, can not open the file because the guide file was damaged or was not correct decoded.

I wrote 8 eamils maid 3 phone calles and left msgs. and they never responded to me to fix the broblem. They lied to me and took my money.

I am ripped off.

I am disputing my almost $33 with paypal, they will investigate the company.

Accidently I found another same source of info like one from this fake theclothinbroker.com compare:

http://theclothingbroker.com/guide/designer-wholesale.shtml

and

http://www.italia-consultant.com/DealerList.htm

I contacted to the italian site and they responded right away.

Thank God now I know which company is real.

Be careful.

I run theclothingbroker.com. I started the website, and wrote the guide, after years of watching people get burned with bad deals when chasing designer merchandise. Over  the years I have sold thousands of guides, and helped countless people build their business, with free advice via email and telephone.

I have also been copied numerous times. The Italian site mentioned, you can look up the age of the two sites and see which is real and which is fake. My website and guide are protected under registered US copyright law and the Italian copycat has been contacted, however enforcing copyright law, overseas is difficult.

Let me explain the problems people often have:
The number one problem is impatience. Impatiently trying to open or download the guide without looking for the proper passwords and not understanding how to use Adobe Acrobat Reader. In all my years of selling the guide I have never ripped anyone off-- EVER.

Another problem people have with impatience is that their paypal payment is delayed (they place an order but do not complete payment until later) and I have to manually process those orders for download approval. I understand the nature of my business and the market and my guide appeals to a certain type of anxious, impatient person, a lot of the time.

We are paypal verified and have completed thousands of successful transactions.

Our website has a built in limit to the number of downloads, so most often the customer who keeps clicking the download link, and doesn't know how to find the file on their hard drive, reaches their limit. Once that happens and the customer notifies us, we send the file as an attachment.

I hope that clears things up. Theclothingbroker.com is a reputable company.
