Same thing happened to me. Bought a camera online, received an email stating to call to confirm order. When I called, they aggressively and impatiently wanted to sell me memory card for infated price. I said I had a card from my last cameraand didn't need it. He then went to the spare battery. I started looking for the product online to see what he was talking about and he become extremely agitated and irritated.
After a couple minutes of extremely rude behavior, completely unprofessional, customer service so bad I was actually shocked at how rude and impatient the "representative" was, he eventually blurted out, "I am cancelling your order." What? "I don't like your attitude, I am the owner of this company and if I don't like you, I don't have to sell to you, and I feel you are a threat to my company." It was honestly one of the most surreal experiences I can remember.
So, hopefully he actually cancels the order and doesn't charge my credit card and in the meantime I have to find a new camera!
