This outfit is a scam suitable only for extreme masochists. Other reports have included calls to the FBI on their practices and I have little doubt that they deserve it. What surprises me is that my purchase was made through Amazon and I expected a better third party filter from them.
Their m.o. is to sell an item cheaply, have you call to confirm the purchase, then aggressively push unnecessary items and threats in order to increase the price. Although my item was new, they claimed it did not include a battery, charger, etc. etc. for which they wanted $19.99 extra for every item. I refused, then they lowered the item prices to $5.00. Another ploy was insurance to cover your not receiving the item. In any case, after 45 minutes of haggling, they agreed to deliver by Xmas.
Upset at the call, I checked their reputation online and it is Black, Black, Black. Complained to Amazon. Then called them when package not received by Xmas and they now state that it's backlogged. In the meantime they have charged my credit card. Am monitoring my credit card account daily to check if they have sold my c.c. information at which point I will report them to the authorities.
Do not purchase from this outfit no matter what. Put them out of business because they're the cockroaches of the internet.
