We (my mom)were looking for a affordable camera and we found this website so i ordered a Panasonic fz200 from them on aug 8,14 5a.m. . After i send the request i notice e send a wrong email add so i woke up early the following morning to call coz they have 3hours  time difference. i asku them if they can change my enail address coz i type a wrong one and after that they told me that the camera i ordered is in chinese manual and they told me if i want it english and i said yes they said it coz 100 more so i said yes its fine and they ask me if i want to buy a battery coz the camera dont come with a battery and i got confuse coz i know that every camera comes with a battery. i told them it cant be and they said that all camera dont come with a battery and you have to pay for it .  so i said yes and  while talking to the phone i search about the site  and saw bad reviews so i called again to cancel my order.  they made me sign a cancelation paper and i have to pay 10% for cancelatiob so i let my mom sign coz im using her card. after all the printing and scanning he told me if i  really want to cancel the prodict i said yes he told me that  he'll give me discount and he keeps on convincing to buy the product. so i give in after that i talk to my mom told her what happened so she told me to cancel it again. so i wait for monday aug 11 ito call coz they are closed on weekends. i called again to cancel my order they said i cant  cancel anymore coz they already shipped the package if i want to cancel it i have to wait until the package arrive  so i can return the package. It arrive on aug 18, 2014. i called when my package arrive and i told them i want to return the product they told me theyre going to send me a letter that my mother will signed  for the card holder. im waiting for the mail to come but they didnt send it. i called and they said in a very rude way that im not just the obly costumer they have a lot of costumer that if i can stop calling them they will send the return paper after an hour and never bother calling them again. so i wait for an hour for the return paper but it didnt came and i cant call coz theyre already close. i told my mom what happened and she called her  credits to cancel her account  coz we got worried we will got rip. the next day aug 19,14 i check my moms email again and i saw the return paper and my mom told me that we wont sign the paper and just return the product. im so frustrated right now i need theyre real address so i can return the camera and  will never order online anymore.  this is a really bad experience for me
