I purchased a camera from them for a listed price online of $291.00. They later contacted me to inform me that the price only included the camera not such accesories as batteries or charger or anything else for that matter. Adding all that brought the price up to $388.00. When I tried right then and there to cancel the order, the sales person informed me that to cancel an order that has not even gone out yet, I would be charged a 10% fee. Against my better judgement I decided anyway to go along with the purchase. When I received my camera, instead of the red camera that I purchased I received a black one. I called them trying to return the item. now they tell me to retun it I would be charged a 15% re-stocking fee plus shipping and handling fees. To top it all off, the item I received, looks like more like a refurbished product than a brand-new one. The customer service was also the worst experience I have ever had as first of all, they have a phone system that tells you to press various buttons for contact to specific services, yet when you do it's always the same person that answers the phone. When I purchased the camera he was in the sales department and his name was Tom. When I called customer service he picked up the phone again but this time around his name is Lloyd.

This store is downright shady. Customers should be advised to stay away from it unless they want to be taken advantage of.
