Thedvdplanet.org Sent inferior copy of product shown Toronto Ontario Canada
I placed an order in November for a box set DVD collection. I received an email 2 weeks later stating my order was shipped to the wrong address and had to be reshipped. I received my order about a week ago. The item sent to me was an obvious copy made on a computer or DVD disk copying system. The label on the box set was incorrect from what was shown on the website and appeared to have been done on a home computer in fast draft mode. The label on the individual DVD's were made from a cheap label printer. The audio and video quality was very poor. I would compare it to an old VHS tape copy. The picture brightness would fade often, indicating it was copied from a copy-protected source. Their website stated "Brand new" and "excellent audio and video quality". I have just sent and email to their president. I have sent a few emails to the email address listed on my invoice and their website, but without any reponse. I will post any response or resolution to my dissatisfaction. For now, I am not recommending this company!
