Beware of the scams sales of this individual doing business with supplemental HHO hydrogen generators such as dry fuel cells for increased fuel mileage for auto and truck use. I have been buying HHO dry fuel cell from him in the past few years but as of recent, something has been up. I noticed that his website is down and that you cannot reach him other than through email--if you are lucky. I ordered 25 dry fuel cells from him on Feb. 14, 2011 and sent him $1700.00 through Paypal. I have always ordered completely assembled dry cells and he quoted me for such, a total of 25 units. I received one box of the dry fuel cells and 2 days later the second batch was sent out. Well when I received the second batch of what I thought was assembled dry fuel cells, to my dismay he sent them unassembled: bags of rubber O rings, bolts and nuts, stainless steel plates, and acrylic end plates which will take hours to assemble. I tried calling him and to no avail. He does not answer his phone and his phone mail box is not setup and he does not answer his emails. If you are doing business with this man or plan to do business, you will eventually get ripped off. He evidently is in financial straights and has had many complaints as a result--he cannot be reached after you make a purchase.
