The company siad that they would sell me janitorial accounts in my area for three thousand dollars. I paid them and they never did their part of the deal.

As we discussed please provide the documentation for this transaction. I have gone through everything I have and can't locate anything that says we ever did business with you. If you spoke with Jeff and Nicole then maybe you have a record of something with them? You are saying all these things and I have done nothing but try and help you??? I told you to get me everything you say you have so I can look in to this, I gave you my email and my fax and you were nothing but rude to me! You say you spoke to me, you say you have emails I don't understand why you won't provide that information so I can look in to this? As I've previously stated I don't rememeber you and don't think you have ever spoken to me.

I'll once again ask if you have documentation please provide it to me so I can research it. I have never been in the business of hurting people or taking something for nothing.

Not only do I have the contract from you sir but I have emails from you and Nicole Hurt saying that you would not give me a refund. Jeff Rexroat was also in on the scam. Please dont do business with any of these people.

I (we) never stole money from anyone! I believe this to be a competitor making disparaging remarks in an effort to better position themselves amongst the competition! Credit Card Fraud is a serious offense and I (we) have never been charged with any crimes. Further all credit card companies have protection in place for consumers so that if a business charges them for goods or services and they are not received, the credit card company issues a chargeback to the merchant and refunds the consumer 100%. It is true this company was closed but it was due to a separation of management and the doors were not closed until every last customer had their order(s) filled. The closing of this corporation was a very gradual process that took months to complete and the actual dissolution didn't occur until almost a year after that.

If this is (was) an actual customer I would encourage them to step forward and let's get this matter resolved as there was certainly no malintentions here. I have searched our files as well as my memory and don't recall a Thomas or a customer in Jackson, Mississippi. This isn't to say there wasn't a customer here this is only to say we have no records of such and hence the reason this may have occurred. I would further like to say that while the company no loner exists our phone numbers still do and to date we have received no complaints or claims of any order not being filled or any refund not being granted. The lack of detail, facts and other sustenance in this claim leads me to further conclude that it's validity is more than questionable. Further facts of a bogus claim are that at the time our merchant provider was Paypal and in addition to the consumer protection of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover PayPal offers buyer protection. Anybody who knows PayPal knows that they almost always side with the consumer and are known for their superb customer protection, offering an even further layer of fraud protection. In addition The Janitorial Resource always had an unconditional refund guarantee and would always offer a refund to a customer in full if no work was preformed or partial refund less any expenses we incurred.

1) Customer claims they paid $3,000.00 for accounts in their area.

a) We never had an account package for this amount, our smallest package was $4,000.00.

2) Customer claims they paid us.

b) We did contracts with every customer prior to collecting any funds, please produce your contract with it's terms. Second please produce a CC receipt or receipt from our store stating that we collected these funds. Third please supply a bank statement or other financial instrument proving you paid us for anything.

3) Customer states we closed up shop without fulfilling or contractual obligations thus being credit card fraud.

c) A company going out of business does not constitute fraud unless it's sole intention was to collect these funds and then fold up shop. We were open for two years and had hundreds of customers none of which have ever stated claims such as these.

4) Resolution
