I ordered a rose teddy bear for valentines day for my girlfriend and after seeing that the item had not shipped I sent an email to them asking why the order has not shipped. They told me that all orders made after January 21st would ship mid to late february. I asked if they had an expedited shipping option, they said no. So then I said "OK can you just refund my money?" and then they expressed that "all sales are final".
Lol these scam artists are just so stupid. I can only imagine how many other people they've scammed with this. What's even more hilarious is that they don't realize that I can just as easily dispute the charge with my bank. I gave the idiot answering the email a chance to prevent this from happening to them and she refused to answer my email. I think she actually believes that she can keep my money.
Basially they charged me 69.99 for the product, didn't ship it, and then refused to cancel the shipment and refund me.
So now they are not only losing the 69.99 but the dispute comes with a chargeback fee of 35 or 40 dollars so they are losing more than they made all because they don't want to do the right thing and refund me my money.
Not only that but now their reputation is damaged as they are going to be on this site and every other site exposing their fraud.
If you bought a product from this company and have gone through the same thing I highly recommend disputing the charge with your bank. They don't deserve your money if they can't provide decent service.
