Dear savvy shopper,
I caution you if you are considering purchasing a theme from Theme Forest. My current setup is that I have a WordPress blog along with web hosting via GoDaddy.
I was not super excited about the WordPress custom theme prices, so quickly found a great looking theme through Theme Forest. First of all, the theme was priced at $35.00 and they charged $37.00 to my credit card. Secondly, the file is a broken file and did not load properly. I quickly sought after support via GoDaddy and WordPress that the theme was broken.
I accessed the comment section for my theme and was quickly ushered to a remote site that I had to create a new login for to get help. The support page was only fielded by the alleged theme developer for my theme. Over the course of a week and over 15hrs spent, he had be unzip the file and pull out specific folders, unzip and re-zip specific folders, until finally I requested a full refund.
Here's the kicker...he asked for my personal info. Specifically when I requested a refund he asked for my WordPress and GoDaddy logins and passwords and he would load it for me. I told him that I needed a refund because I was not willing to login info to a stranger. He deleted my question thread and I was not given a reimbursement for the $37.00 spent.
Please do not make the same mistake I did. Stay away from this site. This was the worst use of time and money I've ever spent!
