Theplanetdvd.com appeared to be a safe company to deal with. Purchase receipt arrived by email. All looked good. They deducted money from my credit within 1 day. Over a month later, no discs have arrived, and multiple emails from me to them have been left unanswered. After years of online shopping without an incident this has been a disappointing episode.
