DO NOT ORDER unless you want to spend $200 on this product. I ordered their "special” of 2 bottles at about $40. The order total doesn’t show until after you hit Submit, at which time a message pops up saying, "Congratulations on purchasing 5 bottles of Thermo Burn at ($40 or $50 each) for a total of $198.!!! I immediately called to cancel and was told their order processing is so streamlined they can’t possibly (and absolutely won’t) cancel. They said I can just return after it arrives, which I did. This was back in the early part of April. I have called numerous times only to be told the refund is processing and will take 4-7 days. That was 3 months ago!!! I call every week as well as checking my card for their refund. The last few times I called I was was told my case has been escalated, and will be 4-7 days. They have been telling me that since late June. I now have to file a report with my credit card company.

Meanwhile my credit score dropped because I used (my brand new card) a card with a low limit and this $200 purchase that I don’t have, and never wanted, is using about 30% of that card. I pay it each month which sucks because that purchase is the only thing in it. I have a few other bad internet purchases but this is by far the worst. Terrible customer service.....each time I call they act like I haven’t called them a dozen times before. They look up my account and say how can I help you! It’s so frustrating to retell the story EVERY time I call. Seriously?
