I tried to sign up with ThermScan last year. The CEO, Jennifer Weems, did not deliver what she promised. I paid $5,985, the bulk of which was for a thermal camera, which I never received. She was never able to provide an order confirmation number or shipping number to prove that she had even ordered the camera from a distributor. The package I bought was supposed to include equine training. She sent me a 20 minute video and when I asked questions to understand, she said, "It's all in the video."

She promised a refund when I complained and never provided it. I had to go through a dispute with the credit card company, which despite her attempts to deny, I won. 

I ended up getting my training and camera through another company. The camera came in 2 weeks, versus the two months that I was waiting on ThermScan. My training was very comprehensive and lasted 32 hours, not 20 minutes.

Ms. Weems now appears to have created a new company called InfraHorse, and she is claiming to be the manufacturer for a cell phone attachment. There are already multiple stories of these products being ordered and not delivered. The company is claiming to have created an app that will help with imaging, but the app only consists of brief videos. The device is also not manufactured by InfraHorse or ThermScan.

I have been contacted by tens of people that have been scammed by ThermScan and InfraHorse asking about my experience and what I did to get my money back.
