This is fake company, i order from them 3 x phones for 580euro. pay by western union. They send me tracking numbera165425474546 by EMShttp://www.speedpostems.org(they are fake either!) on my order is 12 units phones, x1 laptop x1 TV, (you can see it on the tracking number) He said what somebody did this mistake, and he sucket out from their company! Then tell me to pay 50% of full price of all goods, i said when i get that that goods, than i will pay 50% and afrer while rest money. They agree with that!
(next day) ems contact me to pay for custom in Spain 400usd, they tell me to pay by western union send 400usd to Nigeria, And i like stupid go and send them money! Next day my order in Ireland they ask me to pay for delivery 30 gb pounds for each product in total 360gb pounds. i pay for that! Then EMS sent me receipt for custom from HM Revenue and customs polygon insuranse company (U.K.) Limited. UK Revenue, i rang to that company and explain them about this situation they answer what it impossible and they never give receipts!
Next day mail from EMS : you must send invoice than we deliver your parcel! i contact thesmartphonestore ask them about invoice, they sent me invoice for 3 phones for which i paid, It impossible to pay for custom without invoice, And man from company telling me to pay 50% of full price (2050usd) then they will give invoice. this time i didnt pay anything.
next day i get mail from company, what they send command to EMS deliver to me without invoice, just i have to send to ems copy of my credit card. i just ignore never get my parcel, newer get refun
