As if the it wasn't enough that he stole 2 pieces of property, he used 2 un-suspecting individuals to flip these properties to, (which is considered Identity Theft) One of these individuals is deceased! So now the family of the dead guy had to press charges. You gotta be a special kind of animal to carry something like this out.
