Mr. Thomas Chiappone operates a website: www.marketsonline.com which offers a stock trading system. Through a previous customer transaction on 06/20/03 the firm submitted fraudent billing charges with the customers bank debit card on 07/14/03 in the amount of $955.00 and again on 07/21/03 in the amount of $1,592.00 without the customers knowledge or approval.
All attempts to contact Mr. Chiappone by telephone and e-mail have been fruitless. Mr. Chiappone is currently under investigation by the Fraud Department of the Bank of America. Additionally, the Attorney General of the State of New York has been notified.
Legal action is pending against Mr. Thomas Chiappone.
