Hauled his CoreDrill Truck from (TerraTec) Salt Lake city, UT - Allenwood, PA on 4/17/12 Invoiced Thomas Excavating for work provided. He never paid Called Tim Thomas owner of this company but he never has answered. I filed with the Salt lake City Justice court for in the amount of $4378.82 and was granted a Judgment against him. I just want every one that is concidering using this company or hauling freight for him to be aware that he will not pay you! Fraud stay clear of Thomas Excavating.
