There is a fine line between competition and unethical conduct in business. Thomas J Schuyleman, 5/8/1978, owner of Integrity Plus Solutions: http://www.prioritypaymentsystemsgrandcanyon.com/ in Anthem Arizona is currently engaged with TradeSource: http://tradesource.net/ located in Phoenix Arizona. Thomas J Schuyleman presented a plan to TradeSource for a bartering card that works on the MasterCard rail system that is called Trade Card International http://tradecardinternational.com/. This is not a new idea for us in the Barter and Trade Industry but the credit is not his for the concept, as he has taken credit for. TradeSource has been working with Thomas J Schuyleman to build up a network of users for a system that has not been proven to work and lacks funding, even though Thomas J Schuyleman claims to have the appropriate funding. After we were approached about Trade Card International we looked into Thomas J Schuyleman and found the following concerns.
Concerns for Thomas J Schuyleman, Integrity Solutions Plus, or any business involving Thomas J Schuyleman:
- He steals ideas, concepts, and business plans.
- He claims to have secured assets for projects but he does not. He falsifies financial information in hopes to secure the needed assets from other sources. 8/18/2012 he was arrested for issuing a bad check by Maricopa County Sheriff Office, this coming from someone who states he has financial resources.
- He refuses to sign agreements and documents that can hold him liable but expects you to sign documents protecting only himself.
- He has a big ego, poor time management, and cannot produce on his own /stolen plans.
- He relies on others to do the work for him and he will terminate the relationship, take your resources, or leverage your name and your resources and in his name without your consent in attempt to secure assets [some would consider this fraud].
- He threatens with attorneys if he doesn’t get his way.
- He will utilize every possibility to ruin your credibility and bankrupt your company if you cross him the wrong way.
If you plan on working with Thomas J Schuyleman make sure all documents such as Non-Disclosures and Non-Competes are mutual. If he leverages his assets make sure you get Thomas Schuyleman to agree to a 3rd party audit to ensure he has the assets he claims to have. Do not worry about his threats with attorneys or him trying to ruin your credibility, he lacks resources. With his leveraging or lying and any possibilities of tampering with your company in any way, make sure every correspondence is in writing or recorded so you have a paper trail to protect yourself. Better yet, to protect you and your company, stay clear of Thomas J Schuyleman, Integrity Solutions Plus, or any business involving Thomas J Schuyleman.

I am working on a project with Tradesource which is correct. In addition Tradesource came to me directly and requested to build a program for the trade industry. I have been working on the project for almost three years. We started with a close loop system with the gift card arena. We have never requested any funding since were working with Priority Payments System, LLC which is the parent company with many resources with MasterCard and Visa and is back by Golden Sachs for 600 million. PPS just won the award at the ETA as well. The information is false and very confusing since there is no other project we are working on. Someone local is trying to hurt my reputation and this is complete slander and has no facts.
