"they accuse me of not maintaining the vehicle properly when I have all the documentation to prove otherwise." Then of course you should have no trouble showing them the receipt for the required coolant maintenance. "Plus, the blown head gasket caused the coolant problems, so shouldn't this still be an engine issue covered under warranty rather than a separate issue." You've got it the wrong way around. Failure of the cooling system is what causes warped/broken heads and head gasket failure. Not enough info to say why your cooling system failed, but if Suzuki is asking for proof of cooling system maintenance and you don't have it, you've got a problem. In addition to cooling system failure, the damage generally occurs after someone has driven the car with the temp gauge in the red or the temp idiot light on. It's the intense heat that damages the head and causes the gasket to fail.
