I can’t express how truly incompetent the ThredUp team is. First- it took SEVEN months for them to process my bag Second- they charged me for a shipping fee that was explicitly waived. I have customer service emails to demonstrate this, which I brought to the attention of the company. Third- to get ANYONE to respond I have to email the company at least 5 times. It takes them WEEKS to respond. There is No phone number either.
